Adelaide is known as the gateway to the famous Barossa Valley food and wine region. But for those landing in Adelaide Airport, Barossa Valley can seem a fair way away.  Barossa Valley is some 60km from Adelaide’s CBD, which means some conventional means of airport transport simply aren’t the best. Take taxis, for example. They use a metered charging system, which means that long distance trips can be too expensive. Public transport is another option, but it can take too long and in some cases there simply aren’t the right services to get you where you need to go. That’s why a transfer from Car Australia is the best choice. We offer reliable and direct services, with chauffeur driven luxury cars. And with twenty four hour services, we are able to cater to all travellers, no matter when they arrive.

Under those conditions, it’s normally about 80 minutes. If you have an important winery tour, or an appointment at one of the region’s many restaurants, we would recommend travelling during an off-peak period if possible. Adelaide Airport

Adelaide Airport may not be Australia’s largest, but it has no shortage of character, and even more in the way of efficiency. The airport is made up of just one terminal, which caters for international and domestic travellers alike. That means there’s no risk of arriving at the wrong terminal! For those who choose to drive, Adelaide Airport has long term uncovered parking, in addition to multi-level parking just a short walk from the terminal. There’s also spaces for electric vehicles, plus 48 dedicated spaces for disabled access. To finish things off, there’s plenty of kerbside space for drop offs and collections, which means your limousines from Car Australia will be a short walk from the arrivals or departures hall.

Barossa Valley is one of Australia’s premier tourism destinations, with a number of quaint country towns nestled in the areas stunning rolling hills. It has walking trails, hikes, and even the Barossa Trail, which is a 40km continuous walking and cycling path. But by far the greatest attraction in Barossa Valley is the food and wine. It’s known as one of Australia’s finest wine regions, with the perfect climate for a range of varietals.  That’s why it’s especially important to have reliable transport. With Car Australia, you can get the best in transport whether you’re travelling for business, leisure, or a bit of both.
